Best order to buy components? What first?

Can't afford everything at once. Need to spread purchases over 3-4 months.
What order should I buy things in so I can start using the sim as early as possible?
My planned build:
- Mevo+ Launch Monitor
- Optoma GT1080HDR Projector
- DIY PVC Enclosure
- Mid-range hitting mat
- Gaming PC
- GSPro subscription
I'm thinking mat and net first so I can at least hit into something? Then launch monitor?
What would you prioritize?
