For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 17, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
