Garage sim in freezing temps - insulation needed?

Minnesota golfer here. My garage gets down to 20-30°F in winter.

Questions:

1. Will my launch monitor (R10) work in those temps?
2. Do I need to insulate just the sim area or the whole garage?
3. What's the minimum temp for comfortable practice?
4. Space heater recommendations?

I don't need it to be 70°F in there, just warm enough that I can swing without a parka on and my equipment doesn't break.
