Optoma GT1090HDR owners - how is it holding up?

This projector seems to be the go-to recommendation for golf sims. Curious to hear from people who have been using it for 6+ months:

1. Any reliability issues?
2. How's the fan noise?
3. Did you need to adjust settings from stock?
4. Any regrets or would you buy it again?

I'm about to pull the trigger on one but wanted some real-world feedback first. The $1,600 price point seems perfect for my budget.
